― managing the relationship with the studio’s clients and acting as the bridge between them and the team;
― participating in the development of work methodologies and proposals;
― participating in the strategic reflection on all of the studio’s mandates and providing the other team members with an outside perspective on the projects in which the Senior Manager is not directly involved.

― has excellent strategic thinking skills;
― sees the big picture of the organization and the different components of the business model;
― has a unique ability to solve problems;
― is passionate about data and numbers – both in research and analysis and when formulating subsequent recommendations;
― is curious, versatile, agile and has a strong interest for strategy.

The ideal candidate:

― holds an MBA or a Master’s degree in a relevant field;
― has more than 8 years of professional experience in strategic planning and business strategy (ideally with a company and a consulting firm);
― has excellent writing and verbal communication skills, both in French and in English.

― developing long-term business relationships with clients, drawing on your expertise and the strength of the team carrying out the mandate;
― participating in the development and growth of Habo, its brand image and its influence in the market;
― collaborating with team members and act as a mentor to advisors and analysts;
― playing a key role in the development of recommendations with the goal of meeting business objectives.

We are looking for someone who:

― has excellent strategic thinking skills;
― has a unique ability to solve problems;
― is passionate about data and numbers – both in research and analysis and when formulating subsequent recommendations;
― is curious, versatile and agile.

The ideal candidate:

― holds a Bachelor’s degree in degree in economics, finance, administration, or any other related field;
has more than 7 years of professional experience, ideally in consulting services or any other related experience deemed relevant;
― has relevant experience in managing and conducting market studies;
― understands the French language, both oral and written;
― has excellent writing and verbal communication skills, both in French and in English.

In order to accelerate our growth and better support our clients, we are looking for an Senior Analyst, Quantitative Marketing Research. As an integral part of the team and of all mandates, this person will be responsible for:

―  conducting quantitative marketing research for the studio’s mandates – developing the methodology, analyzing results and providing recommendations;
― conducting market studies on different industries and geographic areas (secondary research), including projects related to market potential assessments, competitive analyses, trend assessments, etc.;
― developing long-term business relationships with clients, drawing on your expertise and the strength of the team carrying out the mandate;
― participating in the development and growth of Habo, its brand image and its influence in the market;
― collaborating with team members and act as a mentor to advidors and analysts;
― playing a key role in the development of recommendations with the goal of meeting business objectives.
― sharing market and consumer insights with the entire team;
― participating in the strategic thinking of the studio’s mandates.

We are looking for someone who:

― is passionate about data and numbers – both in research and analysis and when formulating subsequent recommendations;
― is curious, versatile and agile, with a strong interest in strategy.

The ideal candidate:

― has mastered the statistical tools and techniques used in quantitative marketing research (factor analysis, conjoint analysis, etc.);
― knows SPSS, and ideally Qualtrics (or another survey platform);
― has excellent writing and communication skills, both in French and in English;
― holds a bachelor’s degree in Marketing or any related field (a master’s degree would be a strong asset);
― has more than 7 years of professional experience in marketing analysis or marketing research.
